1. Every Piece is Unique
   As all our ceramics are handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same. Minor differences in color, shape, and texture are part of the charm and individuality of handmade work.

2. Imperfections Are Part of the Charm
   Imperfections such glaze variations, uneven sides/walls or tool marks may appear. These do not detract from the quality of the piece but add to its unique character. Each small imperfection is a reflection of the artistry involved in its creation.

3. Care and Handling
   Handmade ceramics are often more delicate than mass-produced items. Please handle your pieces with care to avoid chips or cracks. To preserve their beauty, avoid exposing them to extreme temperature changes or harsh chemicals.

4. Color Variations
   Ceramic glazes can look different depending on the lighting, temperature, and environment. The colors may appear slightly different from what is shown in photos, so please keep in mind that each piece may have a unique glaze outcome.

5. Caring for Your Ceramic Pieces
   Most of our ceramics are food-safe and dishwasher-safe unless noted otherwise. However, handwashing is recommended for longevity, and avoid soaking for extended periods to maintain the glaze and finish.

6. Returns & Exchanges
   Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
